Implement the recommendations of the Smith Commission, set up to consider new powers for Scotland after the independence referendum

I haven’t looked into this much. I’m not a Scot. But I do think it likely that a commission will have thoroughly investigated the issue, and in this case is unlikely to have been unduly swayed by one set of interests. The Smith Commission recommendations are therefore more trustworthy than any arbitrary set of choices, and implementing them is reasonable.
